Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 + commission

What does it take to be a “Trainee Recruitment Consultant” on a placement year?

The role is a mixture of being on the phone dealing with gatekeepers and meeting clients on-site in order to secure the business win. We will teach you how to match the right candidate with the right role.

Our office:

Our CPE Headquarters is an spacious office with access to pool tables and private meeting areas. The office also has free onsite secure parking for all employees

The office has a great social atmosphere with award ceremonies once a month as well as many nights out!
