You’ll do this through merchandising our shop window with job adverts that attract quality applications. With more than 500,000 visits to our website every single month, you’ll be someone who knows the value of SEO and the role it plays in driving traffic to our adverts. You’re not afraid to reject adverts that do not meet the criteria for success and quickly craft copy that engages audiences to apply. Your customer driven advertising doesn’t stop there as you put your exemplary customer services skills to the test as you interact with potential candidates at the top of the sales funnel through our on site live chat.

Most of the marketing team (approx. 20 strong) is based at Capability Green, just off junction 10 of the M1. The recently refurbished open-plan offices boast outside green space, Costa coffee, cafe and lots of breakout, brainstorming and meeting areas. We’re also an ambitious bunch and celebrate lots of internal promotions. We work hard during the day but always enjoy socialising  after agency meetings and own the dancefloor at the HQ festive party.

It’s no surprise that you’ll need strong communication skills. In addition to writing and proofing job adverts, our Marketing and Customer Experience Assistant needs to build rapport with senior stakeholders across a network of 30 offices across the UK and Ireland.

Skills and competencies

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Strong copywriting skills essential

• Ability to liaise with senior stakeholders within the business

• Strong attention to detail to check grammar and quality of adverts

• Proven ability to work to deadlines.

• Experience working in a fast-moving environment with competing deadlines and priorities.

Experience/Qualifications

Ideally you’ll have copywriting experience and you’re well versed in creating engaging content. If you’ve got experience in the recruitment industry, that really would be the icing on the cake.
