You will be joining a vibrant team of compliance advisors who are dedicated to making sure every candidate that comes through the recruitment process is compliant and ready to work. It will be your responsibility to build a strong rapport with candidates and clients alike to make sure that all documents and checks have been concluded so that the worker is fully compliant.

Attention to detail and a determination to succeed are key attributes needed for this role. This will involve you liaising with internal and external stakeholders in order to get the information you need and record correctly onto the internal database. Experience within a compliance heavy role or an administrative team would be beneficial.
