What does it take to be an “Administrator” on a placement year?

For you to be successful in your year with us you will need to have exceptional attention to detail as you will be processing hundreds of workers in order to get them ready to work. Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be able to lead conversations with senior stakeholders in order to obtain the information you need.
