Position Title: Candidate Consultant

This position will be best suited to candidates who are seeking a new challenge that gives them the opportunity to progress and build a career within a global organisation. This would be to service our Education division - we are a competitive gang but we do have a caring side too!

Main responsibilities  include:

• Searching for and vetting over the phone, suitable candidates and arranging them to come in for internal registration interviews where required.
• Respond to candidates who have replied to advertised vacancies.
• Monitor adverts, post new adverts and renew any adverts that are still live but expiring.
• Responsible for compliance process – to include reference chasing.
• Carry out registration interviews where required.

Other responsibilities:

• Responsible for Candidate Care programme, to include regularly updating candidate availability.
• Responsible for Overseas Candidate Care, to include regular contact before candidates arrive, to be a point of contact once they have arrived and arranging social events.
• Respond and monitor daily company notifications.
• Responsible for managing contact with local universities/colleges, including arranging for us to participate in open days.
• Helping to fill short term vacancies where required.
• Assisting consultants to chase outstanding timesheets.
