An exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Candidate Consultant to join our Manchester Randstad Care team has just arisen!

At Randstad Care our job is to find registered mental health and general nurses with post qualification experience. However, it’s not all about quick wins! We are a close knit team who takes time to build long-term relationships with our contacts in the public, private and voluntary sector. So if you are established in recruitment, sales or the care sector this could be the perfect next step for you.

Alongside our best in class Learning & Development team, the opportunity is there for you to work towards that next promotion, with the help of our in-house trainers, experienced managers and the hard work inputted from yourself.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
• Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
• Reporting to your line manager on various activity to achieve monthly/weekly KPIs
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
• Ensuring your clients recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
