We have a great opportunity for a Channel Lead /Statement of Work Director to join our team (can be regionally based).

We are looking for an exceptional sales/business development professional for our UK & Ireland business. Reporting to the Sales Director and working alongside a team of business development managers you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of prospective clients for both Randstad UK and Ireland and Randstad Sourceright

This role focuses on our SOW solutions for Enterprise and Mid Market clients across all UK markets but with a particular focus on Financial Services, IT and Construction. You will be responsible for ensuring we have appropriate pre-engagement strategies, good lead generation and compelling win themes that harness the capabilities, technology and innovation you would expect from the global market leader.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Develop, execute and report against a clearly documented market strategy (including defined market segmentation) in order to develop and win new enterprise and commercial level SOW business across the UK and Ireland.
  • Develop the value proposition for SOW services 
  • Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our customer base
  • Forming short, medium and long term sales strategies to keep our company competitive and innovative
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your industry 
  • Identifying valuable emerging markets
  • Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  • Serving as a business representative and company advocate at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
