We have a brand new opportunity to join our IT team as an RPA Developer (Robotic Process Automation) / Architect.
Reporting into the Business Analyst Manager you will be responsible for designing, configuring and supporting automation solutions across the Randstad automation platform. Working with internal project team members the Automation Developer will be responsible for understanding automation requirements, supporting the various, documenting their processes, developing automation solutions, testing the automation solutions and supporting the solutions once they are live.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
Location: Capability Green, Luton.
You will be responsible for:
Developing RPA solutions to meet the project/program objectives.
Designing, building and configuring applications utilising UiPath automation tool to meet business process and application requirements
Partnering with Business Analysts & Solution Architect to assist with solution design.
Analysing, understanding the business processes in detail where required.
Configuring robotics processes and objects using core workflow principles in an efficient way; ensuring they are easily maintainable and easy to understand
Maintaining proper documentation for the solutions, test procedures and scenarios.
Developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to meet the project/program objectives.

To be successful in this role you will display:
Ability to understand technical discussions and issues and translate for a Business audience and vice-versa.
A strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports the business and/or proven working knowledge of technical applications and the software development life-cycle.
Experience in maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships
Understanding of the full project life cycle from startup through to Project Closure.
Strong communication skills and experience in working closely with a diverse stakeholder group (IT & business)
