We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional or business development manager to join our expanding team here at Randstad UK – Public Services.

Our Public Services division covers the whole of the UK specialising in Education, Care and Student Support recruitment solutions. This specialist brand is growing and is now looking to add an experience Business Development Manager to their business development team.

If you are looking for a role that covers predominantly the Midlands to our Southern regions, allowing you to tap into an unlimited resource of potential new business, this role is for you.
Our mission is to grow in our Primary and Secondary Education service offering to new clients up and down the UK and will require you to be the face of Randstad Public Services.
The Primary and Secondary Education field is a rapidly expanding market and would see you visiting further education establishments such as universities and colleges to provide a tailored recruitment solution that best suits them.
With a toolbox of specialist primary and secondary education consultants, a fully updated and live database of qualified candidates amongst a whole host of other value-add tools we have available, we truly believe we can offer a best in class service to the further education sector.
Alongside our award winning Learning & Development team, the opportunity is there for you to work towards that next promotion, with the help of our in-house trainers, experienced managers and the hard work inputted from yourself.
