Position Title: Administrator

External Description:

OVERALL PURPOSE:

 

Working within the Strategic Account Team, assisting with projects and providing an efficient and effective support service to all Randstad CPE customers and branches.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Advise on key issues arising from client processes
  • Prepare & analyze management Information
  • Creation of action plans as relevant
  • Contacting clients at appropriate intervals to establish requirements
  • Identifying trends and opportunities as appropriate
  • Weekly report to be completed and sent to Director of Client Services
  • Undergo relevant training/shadowing in support of the role
  • Take part in relevant teleconferences/meetings as required
  • Understanding of client systems and processes to adhere to them and cascade internally
  • Running trinity reports to reconcile data
  • Interact with Randstad CPE departments such as SSC and compliance to drive forward success
  • Support Account managers on effectiveness which can be created and prepare the for client reviews
  • Reduce outstanding PO for Randstad CPE across business
  • Ensuring screening data is completed and candidates compliant to bring them in line with client processes
  • Be viewed as portal experts and in depth knowledge of client systems
  • Ensuring accurate data is held on H/K Drive and is maintained
  • Maintaining Portal Inbox (to be kept clear at all times). Vacancies to be distributed within 3 minutes of Freelance/Trades and within 15 minutes of Permanent
  • Ensure crib sheet is updated at all times with the latest company information
  • Prepare client review packs in readiness for review

 

 

 

 

  • Location of workplace - Although unlikely, the demands of the Company’s work may require an employee’s work location to change.  The Company would consider any hardship, which might result, on an individual basis, but reserves the right to ask an employee to move work location.  Employees may be required to work at other locations from time to time
