Would you like a role where you could work on a number of onsite clients, keeping no two weeks the same?

We have a rare opportunity to join our team as a Regional Recruitment Consultant; you will work with a number of our key accounts covering the South West

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Working on various accounts, and supporting the Account Manager on ad hoc projects and recruitment.
• Support the business with new wins, training and supporting staff
• Volume recruitment and retention of a sustainable workforce
• Building solid customer and employee relationships across the site
• Maintaining a high level of communication with other on-site locations and local branch operations to ensure service levels are optimised

As a Regional Recruitment Consultant, you will be:

• Adaptable and be completely flexible to travel and stay overnight
• Confident in speaking to clients regarding best practice recruitment processes
• The first point of contact of all contract recruitment opportunities
• Passionate about what every client you are working on, ensuring the best out come
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract the best people to the business
• Ensuring the recruitment process is adhered to in accordance with standard operating procedures and as agreed with the customer
• Ensure Payroll queries are dealt with efficiently and kept to a minimum

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of:

• Temporary recruitment experience
• Working with senior stakeholders
• Conducting discipline, grievance, absence and performance meetings
• Delivering services to agreed performance levels
• Communicating effectively with client managers and other colleagues
• Managing their own workload utilising excellent admin and organisational skills
