We are recruiting for a Resourcer for our Direct Delivery team in our Construction, Property and Engineering team within our amazing Southampton HQ.

The Role:

• To fully utilise all available tools to source candidates.
• Recruit candidates through additional planned activity such as advertising, events, promotional activity and any other effective means relevant to campaign.
• To telephone interview required candidates to identify candidate’s suitability and skills to match appropriately to client requirements.
• Manage candidates through all stages of the recruitment process.
• Provide candidates with effective feedback from all stages of the process to ensure a positive experience.
• Proactively seek effective sourcing and attraction methods to recommend.

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of working in a phone based role
• Previous sales experience
• Drive and determination to succeed
