Randstad’s Head Office based in Luton is launching its 2019 Placement Year Campaign for those who are looking for experience within the HR and Legal sectors.

We have two HR Assistant roles and one Legal Assistant role which will work as part of the HR operation and legal teams to provide a professional and comprehensive service.

The HR roles will have an emphasis on HR administration of the employee life cycle. Duties will range from production of contractual correspondence to employees, updating and maintaining our comprehensive HR system, conducting HR Review meetings and exit interviews. The second role within HR will have an aspect of dealing with data analytics and should, therefore, enjoy working with data and excel spreadsheets.

The Legal role will have an emphasis on legal administration tasks which include, providing support on debt recovery, personal injury claims, commercial contracts and employment tribunals.

Our HR and Legal team members will invite you to attend meetings with them so that you can have exposure to all levels in HR and in Legal. You will also have the opportunity to spend time with our wider executive teams

Salary: £15,000 - £16,000

Location: Luton -  LU1 3LU (Capability Green)
