As an effective Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

• To fully utilise all available tools to source candidates
• Recruit candidates through additional planned activity such as advertising, events, promotional activity and any other effective means relevant to campaign
• To screen all applicants in line with recruitment process
• To telephone interview required candidates
• Create and manage candidate pools
• Manage candidates through all stages of the recruitment process.
• Identifying and attending relevant networking events building candidate contact lists.
• Support both on and off site attraction events to raise brand awareness and increase candidate pool.
• Support client assessments when requested
• To undertake a thorough review of the clients‟ requirements to ensure a detailed understanding of their specific needs to ensure client relationship maintained.
• Conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits in order to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects within the Randstad market approach
