As an effective Consultant your main responsibilities will include:
- To fully utilise all available tools to source candidates
- Recruit candidates through additional planned activity such as advertising, events, promotional activity
- To screen all applicants in line with the recruitment process
- To telephone interview required candidates
- Create and manage candidate pools
- Manage candidates through all stages of the recruitment process.
- Identifying and attending relevant networking events building candidate contact lists.
- Support both on and off-site attraction events to raise brand awareness and increase candidate pool.
- Support client assessments when requested
- To undertake a thorough review of the clients‟ requirements to ensure a detailed understanding of their specific needs to ensure client relationship maintained.
- Conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits in order to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects within the Randstad market approach
