Position Title: Site Lead

Randstad UK– is a multinational human resources consulting firm specialising in temporary and permanent recruitment, including contract staffing of professionals and senior managers.

We have a fantastic and rewarding opportunity to join one of our major clients on site for Randstad Inhouse Services (RIS) in Sunbury as a Site Lead

You will be responsible for overseeing a small On-Site team who look after a temporary workforce. Your role will be deal with stakeholders and to make sure that all the KPI's are met and adhered to.

In this role you will be continually developed and be given your own personal development plan so you can see yourself grow within the company – 80% of senior appointments are made internally!

You will be responsible for:

• Senior client stakeholder engagement
• Day to day responsibility of other Account Specialist (s) as appropriate to site.
• Planning and management of all resourcing requirements related to specific site
• Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extend our network within the client
• Participate in planning meetings
• Executing the performance review and the periodical evaluations with client
• Ensuring the Senior Account Manager is fully updated with client needs, issues and concerns
• Cooperate with their line manage Strong management and leadership skills

• A proven track record in leading end to end recruitment cycles (candidate focused)
• Experience in working in a compliance heavy role
• Managing a high volume workload
• Working with tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and are able to deal with stakeholders at all levels
• The ability to work under pressure

To be successful in this role you will display:
