Reporting directly into the CPE Director, the L&D consultant is responsible for supporting the business in developing and helping increase sales within Randstad for both existing and new employees. The role will involve supporting Randstad CPE in delivering our learning & development strategy and objectives. Learning and development is a vital part for our business success. Its credibility and success, has enabled some of our top performers to fulfill their true potential.  To join our team it is necessary that you have:

Responsibilities as a L&D consultant at Randstad are:

  • Delivery of the UK high performance induction and follow up workshops
  • Supporting the on boarding of all new starters in their first six months
  • Ensuring that the new starters for your area are supported in their new journey with Randstad
  • Working closely with the wider HR community to ensure learning and development is available to all
  • Design of business lines specific programmes
  • Ensure future leaders are developed through personalised development plans
  • Ensuring productivity in the first 6 months of service
  • Desk coaching
