We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to come in and support and develop our Bristol branch. 
As the manager of this premium Education office, you will continue to grow this business to its maximum potential, making sure that every effort is taken to secure and maintain the prestigious title of being ranked in the top 3 (out of 19 offices), you will set the standard for the branch.

The ideal manager would continue to build a profitable business in line with key financial targets and company strategy, you will be responsible for programming the sales activity using targets and other methods to maximise sales and gross margin. This is a hands-on management role where you will be responsible for coaching, leading and developing your team to meet core KPI’s and be actively involved in the day to day running of the office.

Even at the top we don’t forget about you! In this role you will be continually developed and will be given your own personal development plan so you can map your growth within the organisation, 70% of our promotions are internal

Experience Required 
• Experienced recruitment manager
• Developing new to recruitment consultants, ensuring speed to productivity 
• Demand forecasting
• Evidence of delivering results through others in a competitive sales environment
• Current full driving licence for the purpose of client visits
