Are you a reliable self starter with a positive can-do attitude? If you’re a team player then this fast paced, commercial and exciting environment is for you. We’re looking for a mid to senior level marketing specialist within our Business Solutions division and based at our Head Office on Capability Green  (Luton/M1 corridor)  with some travel to our London office.

You will be joining a 17 person-strong marketing team, working for one of the world's most successful multinational recruitment firms. Where better to enhance, grow and develop your marketing career?

This year the marketing team (who have been shortlisted for Best Marketing team) rolled out a new brand identity and sponsored the Great North Run!  

Commercial awareness is vital as you will be executing a mixture of marketing campaigns to candidates and clients to grow revenue.

Are you looking for a role that gives you opportunity to:

• grow and develop skills and responsibility from day one
• work with the whole marketing mix to help drive brand awareness, candidate attraction and client engagement
• drive real change across the teams and implement new ideas

No two days are the same; you could be helping to arrange an event on a tall ship in the Thames, to preparing market-leading email campaigns, so you’ll be an ace at meeting deadlines and prioritising workload.

Areas you’ll have exposure to include, but are not limited to:

• Digital - website updates, email targeting and campaign management, digital advertising, webinars and social media engagement.
• Content and PR - writing articles, blogs, generating ideas, circulating press releases, producing market reports.
• Advertising including online job boards.

You will have a background in marketing, in recruitment or a sales led industry (although not essential), working on campaigns including print, digital and email. A degree in a business area is desirable, but not essential, as you may hold a marketing qualification, or be working towards one.

You’ll need to:

• be interested in the recruitment industry, drive and ambition will set you apart from other applicants
• demonstrate good stakeholder, supplier and time management within previous marketing roles.
• build relationships within the business while delivering results from all marketing activities.
