We have a great opportunity for a Client implementation specialist to join our team based in Capability Green in Luton. 

The Implementation Team is responsible for the implementation and integration of IT solutions into the Randstad Business and supporting departments.

As a member of our Luton based team, you will be to work collaboratively with the Business, Finance and our external clents. To be successful in this role you will be able to:

- Manage tactical and operational implementation projects
- Advise and lead on implementation processes and procedures as well as taking ownership of issues and responsibilities.
- Process the full life cycle from gathering requirements through to implementation.
- Apply the requirements management techniques from a range of delivery methodologies to deliver pragmatic solutions to clients.
- Break down and analyse dense requirements and turning them into functional and non- functional concise documentation for the technical team.
