Our successful team here in Leeds are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the Trades and Labour desk both Residential and Commercial which is currently very busy. You will be joining a vibrant close knit team alongside development and growth within the role. There are plenty of opportunities for growth within the team due to current demand.

 

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:

• Filling all vacancies on all COVID testing sites.
• Managing Compliance well
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
• Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidate
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.

• Good at building new relationships and can carry on building the established client relationships
• Display a consultative, professional approach
• Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with all client groups
• Possess the ability to work under pressure
• Strong commercial business acumen

• The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
