Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Randstad UK, are looking for a proactive Digital Project Manager to join our marketing team based in Luton. As a  Digital Project Manager for Randstad, you will be focused on the development, maintenance and measurement of our digital platforms across the wider business, managing channels with a focus on improving the acquisition, engagement and retention of our customers and clients.

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Full project life cycle ownership

- Successful project delivery across local, global and agency teams

- Concurrent management of key digital projects

- Scoping project work and resourcing accordingly

- Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

- Providing leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

- Clear communication and management with key internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role you will be:

- Confident using JIRA or similar delivery system to manage digital marketing projects

- Proficient in the full Google Suite

- An Excellent written & verbal communicator

- Able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities

- Proactive

- Able to work under tight deadlines
