We have a great opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team based on Capability Green in Luton. 

The Business Analyst will support Randstad UK (RUK) UK Leadership Team (UKLT) sponsored projects, under the oversight of the Director of the Strategic Programme Management Office, in order to ensure that requirements are in line with overall objectives. 

The jobholder will be able to interpret and understand business needs whilst capturing, analysing and documenting the requirements.  The role is working alongside the Strategic Programme Office Project (SPMO) Managers and the Business Transformation team (BTF) to help deliver the Strategic Projects. Engaging with all areas of the Shared Service functions as well as the Operations teams in each Randstad UK operating company. 

In this role you will be responsible for:

- Working with stakeholders and SME’s including on occasion UKLT and other senior business leadership teams within the organisation, at the direction of the Director of the SPMO, to gather the requirements needed to deliver strategic changes/projects, in close collaboration with BTF
- Creating, analysing and validating detailed functional specifications
- Be expected to use business analysis, flow charts, activity diagrams, document analysis and workflow analysis 
- Interpreting business needs of internal customers and translating them into the operational requirements
- Working with Technical Business Analysts to ensure full end to end requirements are delivered
- Be able to manage workload with multiple stakeholders and ensure the timely delivery of requirements to ensure project timelines are met 
- Be able to manage multiple requirements from multiple projects simultaneously
- Be able to confidently articulate the options you have documented as well as the benefits to your chosen recommendation
- Producing written documentation to support the projects as well as reports on finding to present to stakeholders when necessary. 

To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrate experience of successfully contributing and collaborating on large projects in a strategic & complex but agile environment 
- Attention to detail and ability to critically evaluate information gathered across multiple sources to create business requirements
- Evidence of strong stakeholder engagement skills with a proven track record of engaging and managing multiple stakeholders
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to form well thought out conclusions and recommendations
- Experience in working with finance functions and recruitment processes a benefit but not essential
- Be able to self manage workload and prioritise according to demands placed on timelines
- Business Analysis qualifications for example BCS Business Analysis courses
- Competent in using G-suite and appropriate Business Analysis tools and applications
