Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Brighton
Salary: £18.5k - £23k + Uncapped Commission

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• Managing your own client base and candidate pool within the Construction industry
• Build new relationships with clients whilst maintaining existing relationships
• Learn and conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits in order to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects within the Randstad market approach.
• Understand and support a thorough review of the clients’ requirements to ensure a detailed understanding of their specific needs to ensure the client relationship is maintained long term.
• Maximising margin on all booking by adhering to Randstad’s pricing policy, whilst remaining competitive in the local marketplace.
• Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
• Provide consultative advice to clients on salary levels, training requirements and
• career progression opportunities to facilitate the recruitment process with support
• from your line manager.
• Building a strong contract book of temp workers

To be successful in this position you will: 

• Have proven sales ability 
• Be motivated by targets and strive to be an overachiever 
• Demonstrate you are a consistent at hitting and exceeding targets 
• Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
• Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
