Are you an experienced 360 recruiter working on a Freelance/Temp desk? Randstad has an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join us in our Welwyn Garden City office recruiting in the Construction sector.  

The ideal candidate will have some previous recruitment experience working on a temporary desk in a Technical environment - but we’re open to sectors if you are looking for a change!  

Our gift to you? Taking over a desk that is already billing £2.5k per week and growing this to £6k per week by the end of the year!

Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £20k - £23k + Uncapped Commission

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:

• Managing your own desk within the Construction industry, White Collar Freelance. 
• Maximising the return on clients who are already working with us
• Growing the scope and reach of your desk, successfully converting new business
• Working towards reaching the companies financial targets
• Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
• Building a strong contract book of temp workers

To be successful in this position you will: 

• Have 360 recruitment experience (yes that means making sales calls too!)
• Ideally have worked on a temporary desk in a technical environment (but we’re open!)
• Demonstrate you are a strong, consistent billing consultant
• Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
• Thrive in a target driven environment 
• Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
