We are looking for a Credit Administrator to join our randstad compliance team based in Whiteley on a 6 month FTC to support the operational team in delivering their high quality and successful delivery of a recruitment solution.  Your role is to provide a compliant service in order to fulfil our client’s needs.

To fulfil this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Previous strong administration and compliance experience is advantageous
  • Organised and pro-active
  • Excellent time management
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Able to problem solve and deliver a solution

You will be responsible for:

  • AWR management to reduce business risk
  • Assignment checks (rates, invoice addresses, POs, documentation, client setups, client-specific instructions)
  • Tenure reduction management in a timely manner
  • Purchase Order support across the business, managing burndowns and/or expiring POs
  • Business debt management (identifying common trends in rates and POs)
  • Weekly client reporting
  • Be viewed as portal experts and in-depth knowledge of clients
  • Identifying trends and opportunities as appropriate
  • New client setups ensuring accuracy and details captured in front office systems to enable correct invoicing first time
  • Legislation support on any changes which may impact the business
  • Participate in sprints (business projects)
  • Client account management as required
  • Client validations to determine where we could support and eliminate pain points
  • Maintain up-to-date rate card
