Position Title: Account Specialist

We have a fantastic opportunity to work full time within our Central Delivery team at our Head Quarters in Hartlebury, Worcestershire.  You will be required to effectively and efficiently deal with a number of key stakeholders, manage multiple vacancies and work to tight deadlines all while providing a best in class workforce management service to our clients and recruitment campaigns.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Identifying current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings
  • Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
  • Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)
  • Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
  • Interview candidates during various hiring stages, including phone, first-round and second-round interviews
  • Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions
  • Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance
  • Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
  • Answer candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
  • Participate in job fairs to boost company’s reputation (COVID permitting) 
  • Help new hires onboard
  • Developing and implementing strategies to attract the best people to the business
  • Supporting, mentoring and skill sharing with all team members
  • Focusing on direct hire placements and reducing spend
  • Driving large recruitment projects, mainly through assessment centres
  • Adhering to strict deadlines and SLAs
  • Regular reporting to key stakeholders within the business 

To be successful in this role you will:  

  • Proven work experience as an Internal Recruiter, Recruiter or similar role
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting
  • Experience using various interview formats (e.g. phonestructuredgroup)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Display a business partnering approach 
  • Possess temporary, permanent and graduate recruitment experience
  • Have experience working in volume recruitment
  • Have the know how for headhunting hard to fill roles
  • Know the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processes
  • Have good use of excel / google sheets
  • Possess the ability to work under pressure
