Randstad is hiring a Recruitment Consultant in our Care division. You will be based at our Manchester office with flexible working from home after the successful completion of a probationary period.
The role will require you to build up new business to build your desk. You will take the candidates from application to market, so we are looking for an individual with strong communication skills that is striving to succeed. We would expect the successful candidate to be able to use their initiative to develop appropriate solutions and make decisions when required.

Salary: £20k - £25k + Commission + Company benefits

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:
- Managing your own desk within the Care industry
- Growing your own scope and reach of your desk
- Working towards reaching the companies financial targets
- Providing a positive working environment with a winning attitude
- Building a strong book of candidates
To be successful in this position you will:
- Have previous recruitment experience
- Demonstrate you are a strong, consistent billing consultant
- Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
- Thrive in a target driven environment
- Have excellent communication skills and capable of leading and dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Possess the ability to work under pressure
