The opportunity…

We have an exciting vacancy for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant within our Education Team based at our Chester hub. Working alongside our experienced recruitment team, you will be playing a key role in placing candidates into the education sector.

What you will be doing…

• Interact with clients to assist them with their recruitment needs
• Write and tailor advertisements specific to your clients’ needs
• Conduct searches via: our database, incoming applications, job boards and various online tools
• Source, screen and qualify candidates
• Build your own network of talented candidates

What we are looking for…

Someone who is looking to break into the recruitment sector, or someone new to the industry who wants to join Randstad and open themselves up to the many opportunities for career development. The ideal candidate would have:

• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• A willingness to pick up the phone and talk confidently to candidates
• Self-motivated with good organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise workload
