Channel Sales Director - Public Sector

This is a senior sales role responsible for developing MSP and RPO solutions for public sector, strategic client accounts across the UK market. You will be responsible for ensuring we have appropriate pre-engagement strategies, lead generation and compelling win themes that harness the capabilities, technology and innovation you would expect from the global market leader. You will be responsible for
- Generating new leads personally by using appropriate channels
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your industry
- Identifying valuable emerging markets
- Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
- Serving as a business representative and company advocate at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
- Maximising company profit
- Working with commercial finance team to deliver profitable wins ensuring competitive pricing in line with Randstad policy
- Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales target
- Managing, developing and coaching others to ensure effective performance in line with department and UK/RSR targets
To be successful in this role you will
- Have proven sales and business development experience in the Recruitment market
- Ideally have sold complex solutions to large scale public sector accounts
- Have an understanding of RPO & MSP
- Be a self-starter who has the personal drive and motivation to develop, execute and report against our market strategy
- Be innovative and strategic and able to think creatively about alternative solutions that meet our client needs
- Be an influencer who is able to clearly set out a strategy and align internal and external stakeholders with the objectives and expectations
- A strong work ethic and a passion and desire to win
