Randstad is the UK’s leading provider of academic support workers and is now recruiting motivated and driven individuals that are looking to start a rewarding career as an Account Specialist.  The successful candidate will be liaise closely with stakeholders, students and support workers, managing and supporting a group of students with declared disabilities.

On a day-to-day basis, you will talk regularly to universities, matching students to support workers in order to provide effective support. This will require excellent organisational and communication skills to manage workload. You will need to have the ability to talk openly and honestly with candidates, managing expectations whilst providing strong pastoral care where required.

The role will be based in our city centre Manchester hub, within a 30 strong team in a busy student support sector. There are genuine career progression opportunities within the team where you will be given guidance and support to grow so that you can achieve your true potential.
