Compliance & Quality Manager

Randstad’s NHS team in Manchester has an exciting vacancy for a Compliance & Quality Manager, who will be responsible for:

·        general compliance of the NHS division

·        quality of candidates going out to market

·        compliance against frameworks, including the development of framework relationships

·        clearing files in compliant manner

The Compliance and Quality Manager will undertake quality checks for any aspect of the team, including quality of data and general compliance. The role will specifically involve regular spot checks of client files, undertaking candidate audits, monitoring framework rates and also conducting general training of new staff from a compliance perspective.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, but the team is likely to see some growth in 2022 that may involve an additional team member.

Salary: £33-35k per annum.
