Digital Marketing Manager - National Tutoring Programme (NTP)

Randstad is proud to be an approved partner for the National Tutoring Programme (NTP) which was set up to close the attainment gap for pupils impacted by school closures owing to Covid-19. The Programme is designed to offer schools the opportunity to access discounted programmes of tuition through approved tuition partners.

We are delighted to help continue the good work already done to help the most disadvantaged pupils get the support they need with their education.

As part of this exciting partnering programme we have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager  to join our new NTP team.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will: 

 

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Senior Marketing Manager of the NTP programme and other team members, to ensure the delivery of content across the NTP website, email, and digital channels in line with approved communication strategies and sign-off processes.

• Working with the wider NTP project team and client to agree digital priorities and report progress on a regular basis.

• Monitor website and comms performance using Google Analytics to report against agreed metrics (event / goals, sessions, pageviews, etc.) and propose / implement changes.

• Scoping website, email, and digital channel content and resourcing accordingly.

• Work with external agencies and freelancers to brief in content requirements and manage the content life cycle through to delivery. 

• Manage website and digital channel content creation, reviews, and amends with varying levels of urgency and in line with client sign-off processes.

• Hands on approach with undertaking content updates on the website and across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

• Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence

• Clear communication and management with Senior stakeholders.
