School Customer Support Advisor - National Tutoring Programme (NTP)
Salary- £18,750 + 10% annual bonus
Term time only 39 weeks

The Programme is designed to offer schools the opportunity to access discounted programmes of tuition through approved tuition partners.
We are delighted to help continue the good work already done to help the most disadvantaged pupils get the support they need with their education.
As part of this exciting partnering programme we have an opportunity for School Customer Support Advisor to join our new NTP team.
As a School Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Provide advice and support around the NTP programme to ensure schools understand the options open to them
- Provide support in resolving queries from clients, both internal and external in a polite, accurate and confident manner, ensuring understanding by all parties.
- Provide advice and support on the use of the service including assistance on how to navigate around the tuition hub platform
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft products, electronic systems and databases
- Deliver on both individual KPI targets to support achieving the overall programme targets

- Confident communication skills at all levels and gravitas to engage credibly
