Role - Vendor Partner (Recruitment Agency Account Management Team)

Type - Permanent 

Salary - £22,000 - £25,000

Based - depending on location this can be remote or office based.

As a Vendor Partner for Randstad, you will be playing a key and pivotal role in supporting one of our key new accounts.  

As a key member of this small customer account team you will be the interface between Randstad  and all of our agency supply partners.

Part of your role will be to manage the multiple temporary requirements that come into the central account team and to control the issuing of these to our internal delivery team or to our agency partners.  You will then forward the candidate details to the relevant stakeholders within our customer network and arrange interviews, site tours or contract starts.  

You will be required to take ownership of setting up new workers onto our technology platform and to help allocate shifts to the workers on a weekly / ongoing basis.  

We provide management information to our customers via various work streams (primarily excel documents) and we will also require the VP to be able to maintain these accurately on an ongoing basis in order to ensure that the MI is accurate and timely.

We will also look to the VP to help support in various other recruitment related tasks such as rate benchmarking.  This role will require a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Excel suite and we will provide detailed training on our shift allocation system and our  internal systems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting full end to end recruitment process 
  • Supporting queries from suppliers
  • Developing a relationship with customer and supplier contacts
  • First point of contact for any issues
  • Helping to ensure the account team are meeting sla's
  • Working closely with the Randstad delivery team and agency partners
  • Helping to produce MI reports
  • Ensuring data trackers are kept up to date
  • Time to time supporting on other accounts

  • High customer service level

This role does not specifically require recruitment agency experience but definitely needs someone who has the ability to multitask, prioritise workload, engage well with others and who can work independently.
