Key Account Manager:

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking for the next step in your career? Pareto are the market leader in providing training and recruitment solutions in the UK, and we are looking for ambitious sales professionals to join our growing accounts team. Here you will be responsible for cross selling the range of services Pareto provides, expanding your network and increasing annual spend within these key accounts. On offer is a clear progression path to senior and leadership roles, superb internal sales training, and a fast paced and collaborative environment.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross selling additional Pareto solutions within targeted accounts
  • Expand Pareto’s network within these accounts
  • Open opportunities within new divisions and geographies
  • Increase overall annual spend
  • Work with ADR team to map and grow contacts and opportunities at a global level

Background:

  • Experience of account management and new business development
  • Ability to sell a variety of solutions
  • Drive, passion, curiosity, attention to detail, self motivated.
