The position:
We are looking for an exceptional sales/business development professional for our UK & Ireland business. Reporting to the Sales Director and working alongside a team of Channel Directors you will be responsible for developing a pipeline of prospective clients for both Randstad UK and Ireland and Randstad Sourceright. This role focuses on the development of MSP/RPO solutions for Enterprise and Mid Market clients across UK & Ireland markets within a defined market segment. You will be responsible for ensuring we have appropriate pre-engagement strategies, good lead generation and compelling win themes that harness the capabilities, technology and innovation you would expect from the global market leader.
Priorities for the role include:
- Develop, execute and report against a clearly documented market strategy (including defined market segmentation) in order to develop and win new enterprise and commercial level business across the UK and Ireland.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand our customer base (RSR / RCS / RIS / SAs)
- Forming short, medium and long term sales strategies to keep our company competitive and innovative
- Seeking out targeted clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers
- Qualify all new opportunities using defined processes to measure desirability, probability and the right fit for our direct delivery teams
- Maintaining the data integrity of our CRM (Salesforce) and using this data to drive decision making
- Support the process, timetable and writing for bid/proposal submissions including sign-off for the proposed solution.
- Become and remain an expert on the solutions in the market, and portfolio. Research, monitor and report on market/competitor activity within the MSP/RPO arena.
- Maintain business intelligence and increase company-wide awareness and knowledge.

Education
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
