Our London office are looking for a Team Manager to offer support to the existing care recruitment team, with responsibility for running their own desk but also winning new business. This role would be ideal for a principal looking to take their next career step, if you have some leadership or coaching experience then we would love to hear from you.
Key to the role is a commercial understanding, growing the business and the team organically, whilst understanding, managing and meeting client expectations. The Team Manager will have an experienced care network around them, but they will be expected to support the team’s billings whilst growing their own desk. This will include the identification of new business opportunities and establishing clear resourcing plans. Our most successful people already have a strong sales DNA but this role will benefit from a partnership with a Business Development Manager who will also bring in new clients.
