Position Title: Project Manager
External Description:
HR Project Manager - 12 month FTC
As a HR Project Manager, you will be supporting the profitable growth of the Randstad business by managing HR project delivery across the HR team. You will help shape, develop and deliver enterprise-wide organisational transformation programmes across the country. At Randstad we have multiple significant transformations for 2022, and we need someone with the ability to drive timelines, coordinate and ensure the delivery of these essential projects.
Responsibilities
To ensure constant alignment with program stakeholders on program scope, priorities and cross functional interface.
Track project milestones against targets risks, issues and dependency when needed.
Identifies dependencies within the project and across other known activities and communicate & plan accordingly.
Experience
Project Management within HR and Prince 2 Foundation level.
Experience in managing cross functional projects at enterprise level
Proven ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage a heavy workload
Delivery of agile transformation in large enterprise
Strong MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint skills
