Salary - £24k plus 10% bonus (7.25% quarterly and 2.75% annual)

We are looking for an administrator to join our newly created recruitment team based in London. You will support the operational team in delivering their high quality and successful delivery of a recruitment solution. Your role is to provide a compliant service in order to fulfil our client’s needs.
About Role:
Support with data management related to employee life cycle ( absences, performance and end of assignments);
Dealing with general queries by phone calls, through emails and face-to-face appointments;
Work on-site
About you:

You will also have very strong written and oral communication skills; excellent attention to detail; strong IT and typing skills; and a good practical knowledge of Google chrome. Other requirements are the ability to process confidential information with the utmost discretion; and to manage your time and multi-task skills with ability to prioritise tasks.

You will be responsible for:
- Management of performance and absence management data and follow up with the temp workforce including notifying of absences, negative and positive performance entries
- Dealing with couriers face to face for general queries including payroll, holidays and disciplinary actions.
- Client interaction, attending meetings and presenting data.
