Exciting growth and transforma tion is happening at Pareto and we have created a position for a n Internal Training Manager to join our existing commercial training team. This is a new role with lots of scope and you will be responsible for helping our people maintain essential skills whilst developing new capabilities and ways of thinking in order to transform.You will report into our Strategic Training Director and work alongside the Head of Sales Enablement, Head of Commercial Training and Randstad Group to create impactful learning and development programmes that support the cont inued development of our people as the busin ess grows.
You will also work in close partnership with business leaders across the organisation to understand the development needs for all employees and proactively deliver a schedule of innovative and creative learning solutions to support these needs .
We're looking for a proactive, passionate and diligent L&D professional who has a desire and hunger for L&D and can create and implement current training practices. Previous experience in design and delivery is required and you must enjoy working in a varied, fast paced and ever changing environment. Overseeing an exciting management development programme will be a first priority.
Y ou will be ready to take responsibility, working with a high de gree of autonomy to manage our training priorities and workload. You will have an excellent service orientation and be willing to provide both support and challenge to your stakeholders. You will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent working relationships with all leaders and teams to e nsure the delivery of our internal training plan across all our business .
This is an exciting role for a true generalist L&D practitioner looking to make a significant contribution to the future of our organisation.
The Role
As part of this role, you will:
- Create programs to support the ongoing development of the Pareto team this includes
- Ownership and creation of a training global onboarding programme and roll out for all new starters
- Capability and training needs analysis, and designing solutions to address identified needs
- Propose and deliver a programme of development which promotes full capability within each role (outside of the sales team) and supports the 2022 Blended Learning Strategy
- Build cross-functional relationships with key internal stakeholders, and encourage accountability of key deliverables
- Manage the internal digital offering within the new Pareto Blended Learning solution
- Oversee the production of MI to report on the performance of the internal L&D function and progress against our ambitions
- Look at the existing content and identify ways to improve and challenge our current thinking
- Ensures all training methods are of high quality, available to clients and support the Blended Learning Strategy
Requirements
- You will be an experienced L&D Leader that can deliver results and change in a fast-paced environment and get things done in a way that inspires others
- You'll be a natural collaborator who knows how to build true partnerships
- You will have connections with external training partners, as well as a solid understanding of L&D best practices
- You will have a passion for digital learning and understands how this can transform the design and development of learning initiatives on a global scale
- You'll thrive on being outside of your comfort zone and not afraid to trial an idea and then improve on it
Skills Required
- A track record of managing and delivering on internal L&D Strategy
- Experience of partnering with senor business leaders and creating training solutions to meet the business objectives
- Thorough knowledge of up to date L&D practices
- Digital blended learning strategies
- Experience of coaching and developing senior training consultants
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Experience in implementation of learning and digital content management systems
- Comfort with developing content pertaining to a technical environment
- Stakeholder management and project planning experience
- Able to work across a global team
