Randstad is currently looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Team Leader to join the team at the Edinburgh office.

You will be responsible for leading a team of three Recruitment Consultant, through monitoring their performance, contributing to business planning and ensuring a smooth and positive service is delivered.

Responsibilities of the Recruitment Team Lead

• Manages staff as required with full people management responsibility.
• Contributes to budget setting and monitoring.
• Contributes to project delivery as a team member.
• Contributes to new developments which improve service quality and efficiency
• Ensures performance targets and standards are in place for the team and monitors performance against them.
• Identifies ways in which services can be delivered more efficiently and with improved service to the customer.
• Ensures effective communication with all stakeholders as appropriate.
• Ensures that the client needs are met in terms of service delivery.
• Ensure the team delivers an effective customer focussed recruitment service
• Staff management and development of the recruitment team.

Skills required for the Recruitment Team Lead

• Experience working in a recruitment role liaising with staff and managers at all levels
• Experience managing, motivating, and developing staff
• Good organisational skills to manage workloads and project deadlines
• Understanding of recruitment methods
