Randstad is currently looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Team Leader to join the team at the Edinburgh office.
You will be responsible for leading a team of three Recruitment Consultant, through monitoring their performance, contributing to business planning and ensuring a smooth and positive service is delivered.
Responsibilities of the Recruitment Team Lead
- Manages staff as required with full people management responsibility.
- Contributes to budget setting and monitoring.
- Contributes to project delivery as a team member.
- Contributes to new developments which improve service quality and efficiency
- Ensures performance targets and standards are in place for the team and monitors performance against them.
- Identifies ways in which services can be delivered more efficiently and with improved service to the customer.
- Ensures effective communication with all stakeholders as appropriate.
- Ensures that the client needs are met in terms of service delivery.
- Ensure the team delivers an effective customer focussed recruitment service
- Staff management and development of the recruitment team.
Skills required for the Recruitment Team Lead
- Experience working in a recruitment role liaising with staff and managers at all levels
- Experience managing, motivating, and developing staff
- Good organisational skills to manage workloads and project deadlines
- Understanding of recruitment methods
