Reporting into the Senior Bid Manager, this role would be a great opportunity for you to play a key role in providing a high quality writing solution to create clear, concise and highly tailored proposals for all business lines.

As a Bid Executive for the world’s largest recruitment company, some responsibilities will include:

• Oversee the management of bids of all sizes across the varied Randstad UK operating companies
• Tailor and design graphics and presentations to support and enhance our written content
• Develop compelling case studies that detail our partnerships with existing clients as well as the development of other bid/sales collateral
• Work with subject matter experts across the business to refine and improve the quality of our written responses
• Update system with details of all bids worked and therefore contribute to relevant tracking and forecasting
