Are you an Employer Brand Specialist with significant external and internal experience in the staffing industry? Randstad is currently hiring for an Employer Branding Manager with significant digital experience for our UK and Ireland business. In this role you will be responsible for elevating the Randstad UK brand to be seen as the leading employer of choice, in the HR solutions (recruitment) industry which is instrumental in our ability to hire the best talent into Randstad.

With Randstad you will support the senior UK HR team in the creation, implementation and execution of business branding strategies relating to our value proposition whilst coordinating efforts with the wider Marketing function to ensure delivery of market leading outputs. The role also includes serving the HR team across a range of requirements - for example internal comms for strategic priorities as well as equality, diversity & inclusion campaign support

Role Priorities

Within this role you will focus on supporting the development of our digital footprint, while developing our EVP to be seen as an employer of choice.

  • Plan, establish and oversee the social media presence, from an employer brand perspective, on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging sites (as well as any other social platforms which become relevant), including co-creating thought leadership and topical content
  • Screen, survey and report on social media engagement and data to ensure marketing, recruiting and internal EVP goals are adjusted and objectives are achieved
  • Write/create/produce/edit regular content that informs, engages and motivates supporting and promoting our EVP, branding and inclusion policies
  • Encourage internal and external momentum to ensure Randstad is acknowledged as a socially engaged employer and best place to work through review sites like glassdoor
  • To manage our industry award submissions, alongside others in the wider team, with a focus on Recruiter and Global Recruiter Awards
  • Drive internal an external messaging about a career in Randstad UK being a long term investment into a prosperous career rather than simply a job
  • Manage the I&W internet marketing communications to promote equality, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives
  • Co-champion the creation and promotion of inclusion groups and projects across RUK both internally and externally
  • Create and manage an internal communications strategy and content calendar from an employer brand perspective, identifying news which is pertinent to our people and content which inspires and resonates
