Working closely with our welcoming and experienced managers, this position will be recruiting predominately for the universities, colleges and education platforms nationally.

To be successful in this role you will:

Not be afraid of having conversations on the phone with universities and colleges about candidates!
Be confident to sit in front of School Business Managers or University Principals.
Not afraid of working hard and achieving sales targets!
Understand that the candidates are humans and need to be respected and cared for at all times.
Be able to manage your own time and be responsive to feedback.
Recruitment experience is not essential but desirable, the ‘person fit’ and drive to be successful is the most important element. If you consider yourself to be easy to talk to, not afraid of a sales environment and happy picking up the phones then get in touch today.
