The Executive division of Pareto Law specialises in the recruitment of senior commercial

appointments. These roles are typically sales managers, sales directors or senior sales and other commercial positions – with c80% of our work in the global tech sector. Most of our work is on a retained search basis and we provide a highly consultative service, advising and guiding our clients to achieve the best possible hiring solutions.

The Role

As part of our growth plan we are looking for a Consultant or Senior Consultant who can work on the fulfilment side of our service. The role is responsible for the successful execution of retained search campaigns, resulting in placing candidates into roles on behalf of Pareto clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Taking a comprehensive brief from the client to fully understand the requirements of the vacancy
  • A consultative approach to advising clients as required on skills and market to achieve the best possible outcome for them
  • Managing the whole recruitment process from identification of well-matched talent through to placement.

This will include:

  • Identification of talent using a number of industry tools as well as networking / database / advertising etc.
  • Headhunting passive talent
  • Thorough assessment of candidates for suitability via screening and interviews before introduction to the client
  • Regular communications with the clients and candidates during the process
  • Managing negotiations of offers and start dates.

Within 1 hour of Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds or London
