360 Recruitment Consultant - Education Sector 

Randstad Education in Leeds are seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team on the Primary desk. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting temporary primary teachers and teaching assistants. Your role will involve building relationships with both clients and candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensuring the best match for temporary & day to day staffing needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about education and possesses strong recruitment skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other clients in the Education sector.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate staffing needs to ensure a suitable match with temporary primary teachers and teaching assistants.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Candidate Sourcing and Selection:

  • Implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified and experienced primary teachers and teaching assistants.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on client requirements.
  • Maintain a robust database of qualified candidates for quick and efficient placements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and obtain all necessary background checks and certifications.

Temporary Staff Placement:

  • Match temporary primary teachers and teaching assistants with suitable assignments based on their skills, experience, and preferences.
  • Coordinate interviews, trial days, and placements, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for candidates.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to temporary staff, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during assignments.

Relationship Building:

  • Proactively engage with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
  • Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking functions to expand professional networks and attract potential candidates.
  • Nurture relationships with schools and educational institutions to foster repeat business and generate referrals.
