To work as part of the HR shared service team to provide a professional, comprehensive, proactive and responsive HR service, with a particular emphasis on Employee Relations and HR administration, to the business, through the day-to-day delivery of standardised processes. Additionally to this you'll have full insight and exposure whilst working with the relevant HR Business Partners to identify key priorities, in line with the HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generalist HR and ER Advice
- Support, challenge, coach and upskill managers in all Employee Relations matters, from early intervention to formal cases, including performance management, probation reviews, promotion plans, absence management, maternity/paternity, wellbeing, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies and advice on all other policies.
- Support managers and HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans, to positively influence employee engagement, turnover and stability, for example new starter reviews and exit interview data.
- Support the HRBP in providing a proactive, responsive and professional HR service.
- Responsible for adhering to Randstad Global HR standards and other best practice and quality standards.
- Increase the capability of managers to improve overall performance through provision of expert advice and support.
- Support the business with employment status and “in-sourcing” worker ER queries
- Proactively ensure knowledge of UK employment legislation is up to date in order to perform an “ambassador” role and be the first point of contact for all generalist HR matters.
- Play an active role in ad hoc HR projects.
