As an effective Trainee Recruitment Consultant your main responsibilities will include:

• 
  Sourcing health care candidates through social media, job boards and direct applications
  • Conducting telephone screens and interviews with potential candidates
  • Developing business by meeting new clients and continuing interaction with existing clients 
  • Ensuring you are well informed with current market trends 
  • Update and sustain a well organised data base of pre-registered candidates

To excel as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will ideally have some experience within a sales environment such as an outbound call centre or Estate Agency. Although that being said, this experience is not essential! If you have a passion for sales and working within a fast paced environment in the recruitment industry than this is the role for you.
