Business Development Executive - Recruitment -Civils & Infrastructure Sector
This is a hybrid role and you will be able to work from home but also have full range to work from our local office.
Are you in a senior recruitment position, love closing the sale and currently looking to move away from placing candidates? Then the business development manager position here at Randstad UK might be for you.
Our hugely successful Civil Engineering division has grow very quickly and we are now looking for a Business Develop Manager to work with and support the delivery teams to grow even more, you will only work with clients and have no candidate interaction whatsoever!
You will have access to an array of clients across the UK with the sole purpose of driving recruitment solutions to those businesses. You will also be opening new doors to clients that we are not working with and building additional revenue streams for the business.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Increasing business relationships
- Taking ownership of your own clients and driving GP from them.
- New business development meetings with target clients
- Review meetings with existing clients
- Understanding competitors in the market and winning work from them.
- Providing data & insight to current and new clients to build better relationships.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have experience in the recruitment industry, ideally from construction
- Be a strong, consistent billing consultant (or maybe you are leading a team and want to step away from the day to day leadership responsibilities)
- Display a consultative, professional, business partnering approach
- Partnering and growing client accounts to increase GP.
- Have excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong client control and issue resolving experience.
